Tickets are sold by Exedra as the event organiser. Purchase signifies your acceptance of these Terms and any specific event or venue conditions.
Under Australian Consumer Law and Live Performance Australia’s Ticketing Code, you are entitled to a full refund if an event is cancelled, significantly rescheduled, or significantly relocated, unless substitution or material change was clearly disclosed at time of sale.
If the event date or venue changes materially, you may choose to attend the new date/location or request a full refund. We work to notify affected customers promptly and offer adequate time to respond, typically within four weeks of notifying you.
All ticket prices and service fees are displayed transparently at time of purchase. Dynamic pricing is permitted, but must comply with ACL and not mislead consumers about actual price paid.
We may reissue tickets at our discretion once authenticity and proof of purchase are verified. A replacement fee may apply unless stated otherwise in event-specific policy.
Entry may be denied if your ticket is tampered, sourced from unauthorised resale, or if venue rules are violated (e.g. intoxication, anti-social behaviour). You may be photographed or filmed at an event for promotional use, unless otherwise communicated in advance.
Our liability is limited to the total ticket price paid, except as required by law. We are not liable for indirect losses such as travel or accommodation costs resulting from cancelled or modified events.
Under ACL, all communications must be fair and accurate. We must not misrepresent consumer rights, pricing or refund policies, and any fees deducted must be clearly disclosed.
Personal information is managed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We accept standard digital payment methods, processed securely.
